We are working on many exciting business transformation projects with clients, who are looking to position business success at the heart of the Customer and Relationship Management (“CRM”).

Significant impact across culture, teams, internal and external approaches, as well as ‘systems’ elements including: knowledge management, contact management, customer data, sales & marketing, and evidence which drives new product specification.

Our projects range in areas of focus to deliver our client's global CRM solutions - whether focusing on customer service and consumer sales or focusing on our business to business, business to consumer and business to government functions.

We are looking for Senior HubSpot &/or Salesforce Consultants (10+ years experience) and Senior Marketing Consultants (5+ years experience) in Programme/Project design and development. 

• - Involved in preparing engagement strategy.

• - Delivers medium to large projects.

• - Manages and directs teams across a global network.

• - A thought leader in the development of HubSpot/Salesforce & other CRM - Automation Platforms, which support marketing, customer service and sales, with a very good understanding of current trends in the sector. 

• - Able to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

• - Exceptional data and analysis appreciation to drive continuous improvement with customer insight.
